I don't know if it fits 100 percent?
It will, but only if you multiply the band measure value with the maximum bar height. For example, if the maximum bar height (i.e. the one which would correspond to 100%) is 72, you'll need a bar from vertical coordinate (72) to (72-72*[BandN]), assuming you want the bar to expand upwards. In other words, if the band measure value is 0, then the bar extends vertically from 72 to 72, if the band measure value is 0.5 then the bar extends vertically from 72 to 36, and if the band measure value is 1.0 then the bar extends vertically from 72 to 0.
How can I put the three formes together so that they are one?
Three individual shape options (Shape, Shape2, Shape3) can belong to a single Shape meter. If you meant how you can place them over the same area visually, it's all about their individual coordinates, which you must "match" so they "touch" each other.
Does each shape have to be self-contained? So that they can be put together later? Or is it enough if they touch each other?
It depends on your needs. Generally, the only reason to place individual Shape options in different Shape meters would be if you need each individual shape to have different mouse actions (which, as you know, act on the meter). Otherwise, you can have as many Shape options in a single Shape meter, for example you can have the individual Shape options for all bands in the same Shape meter. Obviously, the individual shapes belonging to the same "bar" would need to touch each other to make sense visually.

P.S. In your code, ParentShapeName | Shape | Shape2 | Shape3 doesn't make any sense. As already explained, in your particular case, there's no need to use Combine for the individual Shape options, as you don't need to intersect, unify or exclude one from the other.
