Sorry [Yincognito ] I made a mistake with the relative positioning. (I'm embarrassed because it's basic knowledge).
Good that you're like a lexikon and explain things again.
But I followed your quote and adjusted the value for the dragging element to

X=([Background:W]-9) and lo and behold, it works.

Here the "real" W or H value of the skin is displayed, in my case the Meter [Background:W] including the size of the Meter and later the value of the scaling. I am like a donkey
