Thanks for your guidance. I located the skin file, downloaded and installed it, where it went to your suggested folder.
However, it produced the same skins with the same weather problem.
But whilst you say Win10 Widgets don't come with Raindrop, Raindrop came with Win10 Widgets and I now realise that the latter is a third party product.
So I will try to pursue my problem elsewhere.
