First doesn't work for me probly due to privacy in firefox and ad blocker, tracker detection etc?

So, is it really a lot of work to get the conversion in rainmeter? Seems you all use lua, is that a must? Or just easier, for you, or maybe performance?
No idea what I'm doing with lua and don't even know how to use it in a skin.
