I could get away with a one second update rate but, to be honest, this is just a quirk of mine. That one second delay in my skin irritates me for no logical reason I can articulate.
I only posted the parts of my code which I had questions about. The actual skin is more complicated. I am refactoring the timing in my calendar/date combo skin. The basic gist is that I only have one measure running at "full" speed (1/4 second). It detects a change in the date and updates the entire skin.I'm not sure why you are complicating things with a low Update in [Rainmeter] and using DefaultUpdateDivider to force most measures to 10 minutes. I suspect you DON'T want to do any of this.
