Oh got it.Sadly, the issue is not the displayed images; they can be any size and none are included in the package.
The issue is Bitmap Meters are used for the transition effects, and they cannot be resized.
The bitmap image frames have to match the skin's display size, so if the iPhoneFrame size is reduced, then all of the bitmap images need to be equally reduced in size, but that cannot be done in the meter using W & H...
The iPhone skin displays the images at a size of 780x345. This means the 7 transition Bitmap images, each having 21 frames, are each 16380x345 pixels (~9.57 Mb for all 7 transition bitmap images).
I may reduce the overall skin size and post an alternate package in the future.
