Since the discussion of a "gallery" is here, I want to remind people that there is a package manager (and a database, at least off skins off GitHub, but offline atm) of sorts for Rainmeter which you can use to automatically use to create .rmskin files and to add "the latest version of the skin" to the database (the GitHub repo where the skins were stored had to enable Webhook, which communicated with the central server and replaced the download link).

The thing is, it's just a package manager and not some sort of hub, but some effort is there.
I do wonder though, if we were to make some sort of gallery, something akin to Flathub, what can you even include? Beaside Author, Name, Version, PreviewImage, PublisherLink and Description I have no idea.
