i want change start week from Monday,

Besides tass_co's solution, to start the week by Monday, you can change the same startday function into the Update() function of the @Resources\Scripts\calendar.lua script file by startday = ((Date.wday -Date.day)%7).

and i want to translate titles (names of days and months).

tass_co described how to translate the days of week into the calendar.
To translate the months and weekdays into skins showing these elements, add a FormatLocale=xx-XX option to all Time measures (all measures having a Measure=Time option, for instance to the [measureDate1] measure of the Refract\Large Clock\24hr.ini skin file - but this is just an example).
You can get the xx-XX element in the above option from the Language tag column of this table, as described here.

No, in fact a screenshot is not useful at all. A link where we should get the skin would have been useful, but we found the skin you're working with.
