I don't think nircmd is the best tool to shutdown or sleep the computer. Shutdown can be done for instance by the following bang: [shutdown -s -f -t 00], while the [rundll32.exe powrprof.dll, SetSuspendState Sleep] bang will sleep the computer.The first top 4 sliders idea came up from this skin... but still I'm kind of dumb to post a gif image about it... so here is that skin package...

Nircmd is often recognized as being infected, even if in fact it is not. But VirsuTotal for example, definitely says Nircmd is infected and as such, your skin using this tool will not be used by many guys out there. So I definitely recommend getting rid of it.
