Ah, good work! However, there's some flickering of the skin when pressing Win+D on Windows 11. Still, it's definitely better than nothing.
The Plugin API is working fine with latest changes.On Windows 10, the Win-D hotkey seems to work fine for now, it keeps all the skins (regardless of whether they're always topmost or not) visible on the screen, while hiding the other windows. I'll let Ricardo and NSTechBytes do the testing on the Rainmeter API / SDK part, as they're both involved in developing plugins based on that. Thanks to the Rainmeter team as well, for taking the time and patience to implement these changes!
