Help: Rainmeter Skins • Small issue with overlay

Hi folks,

Wondering if anyone might be able to help with a small visual issue im having. My shaded background for my second screen overlaps onto the bottom of my first screen on startup - screenshot attached. I can get rid of this issue manually by refreshing the skin or navigating to:

Settings > general.ini

And manually entering a number into the 'Skin scale' field.

Any thoughts on how I can remove the need to refresh the skin?
